The midfielder has transformed his game to a whole new level under the Argentine. He is arguably one of the best central midfielders in the Championship and is absolutely vital for Leeds’ promotion hopes.
Phillips could be targeted by top Premier League clubs in the summer and it could become a challenge for the Whites to keep hold of him, especially if they fail to make it to the Premier League.
