Earlier this week, there were rumours that the player was set for a medical at Emirates.
The England Under-21 international impressed with Bolton last season and ended up being the club’s Player of the Year, chosen by supporters.
Having completed his move to Arsenal, Holding said that it is a dream for move for him and he cannot wait to get started.
Apparently, Arsenal will pay in the region of 2 million pounds plus add ons for the English defender and have beaten the likes of Tottenham to his signature.
Holding is set to become Arsenal’s third signing this summer after the Gunners wrapped up a big money move for Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Granit Xhaka and the Asian forward Takuma Asano.
Holding is a versatile young defender who can operate as a full back or a centre back, much like the Arsenal star Calum Chambers.
