UTTOXETER 12.10

ROCK ON HARRY (system – Ffos Las bumper winners, next time out)

Ffos Las form is often underrated in the betting market and bumper winners from the Welsh venue often makes good bets next time out, with 43 of the 135 qualifiers following up for a profit of £37.59 to the usual £1 stake. ROCK ON HARRY was well supported when scoring on his Rules debut last month and can make a successful transition to hurdles.

UTTOXETER 1.23

SUPER SURVIVOR (system – Jamie Snowden, young handicap chasers, first or second start over fences)

Bang in-form Jamie Snowden has a cracking record with handicap chasers aged six or younger who were having their first or second start over the larger obstacles. He’s won with 23 of the 89 qualifiers for a profit of £38.66. SUPER SURVIVOR, who recorded two wins and a narrow second from his three runs over hurdles and went close in his sole point-to-point start, looks a very interesting prospect on his Rules chase debut.

EXETER 3.00

HOW’S THE CRICKET (systems – Harry Fry, Exeter & Harry Fry, second run after a wind operation, top 3 finish last time, non-handicaps)

Harry Fry does well with his Exeter runners, scoring with 45 of the 149 to line up here (30.2% strike-rate) for a profit of £67.38. He also has a solid record with horses on their second start back after wind surgery, scoring with 14 of the 58 qualifiers. We wouldn’t have made a profit by backing them blind but the ones who finished in the top three on their latest start, who were now running in non-handicap company, won 11 of their 15 races for a profit of £16.23. HOW’S THE CRICKET bolted up at Ffos Las on his reappearance last month and could prove hard to beat.
