Notlongtillmay Paddy Power Gold Cup Odds

NOTLONGTILLMAY ran a solid second in the Turners Novices’ Chase at the Cheltenham Festival back in March – beaten just 3 1/4 lengths behind Stage Star that day.

This Laura Morgan runner was put away for the summer after that but returned at the end of last month with a fair fourth – again at Cheltenham.

We can expect that first run back from a 226-day break to have brought him on and the step back up in trip from 2m to 2m4f here is a big plus having won twice over this trip at Musselburgh last season.

Jockey Adam Wedge, who has ridden him the last twice, carries on in the saddle and having run Stage Star to 3 1/4 lengths here in March can be expected to get a lot closer this time with a 3lb weight pull.

He’s yet to finish out of the first four at Cheltenham, so looks to have solid each-way credintials again.

NOTLONGTILLMAY Paddy Power Gold Cup odds are at 13/2 – you can support him here with BetMGM.
