Manchester United have moved to 9/4 to win the FA Cup this season after their dramatic 2-1 win over Fulham on Sunday afternoon, in a dramatic game that saw three red cards brandished.

It was Fulham who took the lead in the quarter final, as Aleksandar Mitrovic pounced at the back post to give the visitors the advantage in the second half.

Everything was looking good for Fulham until Willian blocked a Jadon Sancho shot on the line with his hand, with the referee giving a penalty after checking VAR on the pitch-side monitor.

Marco Silva was sent off for his protests over the penalty being given and he received the first of three red cards in the matter of two minutes for Fulham as Willian was dismissed for the penalty offence.

Mitrovic was left seething after the red card and he also received a straight red for pulling the referee back in protest, leaving Fulham with just nine men on the field for the remainder of the match.

Bruno Fernandes stepped up to score for United and he slotted the penalty home with confidence after 75 minutes to level the scores.

Marcel Sabitzer scored his first goal for United as a neat flick tricked Bernd Leno in goal and turned the game and the tie completely on its head in a matter of seconds as United scored their second of the match.

Fernandes scored his second of the game late on, as he smashed the ball into the corner of the net with ease to send United into the last four of the FA Cup.

United are now the second favourites to win the FA Cup this season and are just behind their fierce rivals Manchester City in the betting markets, with Brighton and Sheffield United both longer shots to lift the trophy this season.
