Much to the excitement of racing fans there is ITV Racing on Saturday 30th December where the cameras head to Newbury, Haydock & Taunton for a huge day of action with eight races to indulge in.

With big race days coming thick and fast, the ITV Racing on Saturday 30th December gives horse racing fans another eight races to enjoy for free live on TV.

Five races come from Newbury, two come from Taunton and one race will be shown live from Haydock.

The feature race at Newbury comes in the form of the Challow Novices’ Hurdle (3:00) where Nicky Henderson looks set to send the exciting Willmount to post and is currently favourite for the contest. There’s also an interesting looking Class 2 Handicap Hurdle on the card at 1:50 where Get A Tonic could go head-to-head with Irish Hill at the top of the market.

Haydock’s feature on the ITV Racing schedule on Saturday is a 3m4f staying chase (1:25) with the likes of Collectors Item and Fantastikas look to go to post.

Meanwhile Harry Derham’s rising star Queens Gamble is set to take on nine rivals in the listed Mare’s Novices’ Hurdle at 2:10.

It should be top day of action live on ITV Racing so there is plenty to get involved with.

ITV4 To Start At Newbury On Saturday

The first ITV4 race on Saturday will be the 1:15 at Newbury where we see a Class 3 Handicap Chase start the action with two-time scorer at the track The Russian Doyen looks to keep up his good record there.

Who Will Present ITV Racing On Saturday?

The usual suspects will be on our screens once again this weekend where the show will be presented by Ed Chamberlin. He will be joined by Mick Fitzgerald, Matt Chapman, Adele Mulrennan and Luke Harvey who are often out and about interviewing trainers and owners.

We could also see the daughter of serial Champion Trainer Paul Nicholls in action too with Meg Nicholls a regular on ITV Racing.
