It’s Crystal Palace vs Manchester United tonight and all eyes will be on goal scoring machine Marcus Rashford after he’s found the back of the net in ALL of United’s last seven games. With that scoring run has come a stack of records and the Red Devil number 10 could smash another tonight.

Red-hot Rashford Can Break 22-Year van Nistelrooy Record If He Scores Against Palace

After scoring three goals at the World Cup for England, Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has continued that scintillating form on home soil by scoring in ALL of United’s last seven games, home and away (see below), while remarkably he’s also netted in ALL of United’s last nine home matches.

The most recent of those strikes came in the Manchester Derby at the weekend when grabbing the winner in United’s 2-1 comeback win over rivals City (watch below) – which was his 8th club goal from their last seven matches in all competitions and his 16th in toal of this campaign.

That latest goal saw him equal Ruud van Nistelrooy’s run of a goal in seven straight games for United (2001), so another against Crystal Palace tonight will see Rashford overtake that record. He’s on offer @ 7/4 with BetUK to score anytime against the Eagles this evening.

Marcus Rashford Has Also Equalled a United 64-Year Home Scoring Record

The golden boots of Rashford’s scoring spree has also seen him equal another record – this time with his consecutive ‘home only’ goals scored.

Marcus Rashford’s winner against City last Saturday meant the Old Trafford number 10 has bagged a goal in front of the home fans in ALL of United’s last nine games!

This run has seen him equal a 64-year home scoring record that Dennis Viollet managed in 1959.

With the likes of Wayne Rooney, Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Cristiano Ronaldo all managing to go on runs of scoring 6 home goals on the spin, Rashford has already blitzed these past Manchester United legends, but another in their next home game will see his name etched into the Old Trafford record books for a very long time.

All eyes will be on United’s next home game, which comes against Reading in the FA Cup Fourth Round on Saturday January 28th.
