Welcome to the latest article in a new series for the 2023/24 Fantasy Premier League season from @FPL_Heisenberg for Sports Lens. In this weekly series, Heisenberg will be looking into the best three players for your FPL team – along with one juicy differential.

Heisenberg has a proven track record in FPL, having finished inside the top 1% of FPL managers in each of the last 9 seasons – including a best finish of 836th. Let’s cook!

FPL Heisenberg Fantasy Premier League Tips Gameweek 34

Darwin Nunez

  • Fixture: Fulham, Away and Everton, Away

Darwin Nunez has been frustrating in front of goal this season granted, but after a rest in midweek and a double Gameweek coming up – I’m backing him to bounce back. This season he has 11 goals and 11 assists in 21 starts, so it’s not all doom and gloom for the Uruguayan striker.

Facing two sides in the bottom half of the table, I’m fully expecting Jurgen Klopp’s men to score plenty of goals. Should that happen, it’ll likely be a very solid FPL return for Darwin Nunez. I expect Captain Chaos to be involved in goals and assists – his creativity is underrated.

An honourable mention here to Mo Salah who is also a great pick this week – if you can afford him.

Eberechi Eze

  • Fixture: West Ham, Home and Newcastle, Home

After scoring away at Anfield in Gameweek 33, Eberechi Eze has rightly caught the eye of fantasy managers.

Getting back into the grove of things with two goals and one assist in six starts since returning from injury in Gameweek 27, the Englishman will be looking to finish the season strongly.

Two home games should help the Eagles to produce goals in double Gameweek 34 and another positive for Eze is he’s Crystal Palace’s penalty taker so that’s another route to points too.

With Michael Olise back in the team this can only help Eze’s potential, with Olise and Eze being able to create for each other and having the quality to finish off these chances.

Hee Chan Hwang

  • Fixtures: Arsenal, Home and Bournemouth, Home

With two home fixtures and some key players now returning to fitness, I’m backing Gary O’Neil’s men to score some goals this week – and if they do Hwang is likely to be involved. He has 10 goals and 3 assists in 19 starts this season.

He could also be on penalties – although that’s not certain as Hwang and Sarabia have both taken and scored penalties for Wolves this season so who takes them this week isn’t 100% clear – but with Matheus Cunha out it seems like there’s a 50/50 chance for Hwang or Sarabia to be on penalties.

Word of warning – Hwang is a risky pick as he might still be eased back in, he only played 31 minutes last Gameweek after returning from an injury.

FPL Differential Tip – Ben Brereton Diaz

  • Fixtures: Burnley, Home and Man United, Away

Chilean international Ben Brereton Diaz (who is owned by 0.5% of managers at the time of writing) is a great differential in double Gameweek 34. He has four goals and one assist in eight starts since he joined Sheffield United in January.

Sheffield United have surprised a few in recent weeks with some improved performances and they’ll be looking to build upon this when facing two leaky defences – Burnley and Man United.

Listed as a midfielder in FPL but playing as a striker so he’ll get that extra point per goal too – he’s well worth a punt if you can squeeze him into your midfield.
