Sean Dyche will be hoping a fresh season and a clean slate will wash away the angst of last year’s miraculous survival. In what will be his first full season in charge, see what he has at his disposal as we take a look at Everton’s confirmed squad for the 2023/24 season.

Abdoulaye Doucoure’s thumping strike on the final day ensured Everton’s survival in the top flight would reach its 70th year, sparking jubilant scenes at Goodison Park back in May.

The Toffees faithful have become all too familiar with the stomach-churning threat of relegation in recent years, and will be crossing their fingers that this coming season can spark a new lease of life into the team.

Arnaut Danjuma and Ashley Young are the only confirmed arrivals up to this point, but the club have been linked with further firepower up front with PSG’s Hugo Ekitike being strongly touted in a £40m deal.

The likes of Conor Coady, Tom Davies, Andros Townsend and Yerry Mina have all made way in a huge summer shake-up, so it will be interesting to see how Sean Dyche lines up on the opening day against Fulham.
