Real Madrid are reportedly interested in signing AC Milan defender, Theo Hernandez, as the Frenchman is set to leave the Serie A side this summer.
AC Milan Transfer News
The Italian giants have had a disappointing league campaign, as they sit fourth in the table and have been unable to replicate the form that saw them clinch the title last season.
However, the club’s display in the Champions League was a welcomed distraction for supporters, as they made it to the semi-finals – losing to Inter across two legs.
This poor league form and frustrating defeat to their fierce rivals has caused concern at the club and a host of players are expected to depart in the summer.
One player that has caught the eye during his time in Italy is France international, Theo Hernandez. The former Real Sociedad left-back has been linked with a return to Spain, as Real Madrid plan a move for the 25-year-old.

Making 30 appearances in the league this season, Hernandez has established himself as one of the world’s best full-backs and has even earned the captain’s armband.
The AC Milan star has contributed to nine goals in all competitions, an impressive statistic considering his defensive capabilities.
The ability to be dangerous in attack and strong in defence has drew the attention of Europe’s best clubs, as Real Madrid are reportedly looking to sign a left-back this summer.
Ferland Mendy has been made surplus to requirements, as Eduardo Camavinga has been utilised as a makeshift left-back, despite being signed as a central midfielder.
Mendy’s exit would allow the 14-time UCL champions to swoop in for the Frenchman, in a summer that could also see Jude Belllingham swap Dortmund for Madrid.
