Anthony Honeyball has a 25 from 100 record with horses having their first start in handicap hurdle company and backing them blind would have returned a profit of £80.38 to the usual £1 stake (expected winners – 15.18). UNCANVER, winner of two of her four previous starts over hurdles, will appreciate the return to timber after failing to take to fences – unseating early on at Catterick last time – and is worth chancing at decent odds (10-1 outsider of the field at the time of writing)
