Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:

Andrew heads to the jumps fixtures at Ayr and Leicester for his two recommended bets/trades on Friday, March 8th. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:

AYR 3.00

KINGSTON ROCK had no answer to Eire Street at Carlisle on February 19th, going down by 25 lengths in second, but the winner followed up under a penalty at Ayr and he had the rest of the field well beat. Susan Corbett has her string in fantastic form, scoring with five of her last eight runners (20-1, 5-1, 100-30, 5-2 and 9-4) and the six-year-old can keep the ball rolling. Buy in the Spreadex 50-30-20-10 market or take a fixed odds price.

Recommendation: Back KINGSTON ROCK in Ayr 3.00

LEICESTER 4.20

WILLIAM CODY is a consistent individual who has finished first or second in 12 of his 23 career starts. Pam Sly’s seven-year-old was beaten by 25 lengths when runner-up at Wetherby last time but was probably unsuited to wearing cheekpieces for the first time and the headgear is left off today. In the past 20 years, his trainer has an eight from 25 record with horses running without headgear who wore some on their latest outing and backing the qualifiers blind would have returned a profit of £61.75 to a £1 level stake at SP. Back him each-way in the Spreadex fixed odds betting (assuming all five run) or buy in the 50-25-10 market.

Recommendation: Back WILLIAM CODY in Leicester 4.20
