The latest Premier League sack race odds sees Everton’s Sean Dyche as the betting favourite as the Toffeemen boss is still looking for his first league win of the season.
Everton Have Just One Point From Opening Four League Games
The new 2023-24 Premier League season is now four games in and things are already having a familiar look to the table.
Big guns, Man City have hit the ground running with four straight wins and prop-up the table with 12 points, while Spurs, Arsenal, West Ham and Liverpool are all hot on their heels with 10 points.
However, at the other end of the table it’s also as many expected with Luton and Burnley yet to get a point, while Sheff Utd and Everton have not done much better with just a single point each – which was gained when the sides drew 2-2 last Saturday.
Prior to that draw, Everton have lost in the league to Fulham, Villa and Wolves.
As a result, Everton’s manager SEAN DYCHE is the man coming under the most pressure if the latest Premier League sack race odds are to be believed.
The Toffees main man has been cut to just 6/4 with the best football betting sites to be the next Premier League manager to get sacked, while Everton are also 7/4 and third favourites to be relegated.
Toffees Have Escaped Relegation For The Last Two Seasons
Dyche only joined the Merseyside club in January 2023 and despite saving them from the drop last season (2022/23) it was dire stuff with Everton only 16th on 39 points and just 3 points off relegation.
While the season before (2021/22) they also had a narrow escape finishing in 17th on 36 points.
With former Premier League winners Leicester City being relegated last term, this was a stern reminder for the English top-flight sides that not many teams are safe from the drop – Everton included, who are one of just six teams to have never been relegated from the Premier League.
The others are Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs.
Next best in the Premier League sack race odds are Sheffield United’s Paul Heckingbottom @ 9/2 and Luton Town’s Rob Edwards @ 7/1.

International Break Gives Everton Time To Regroup
With an international break on the horizon, this gives the struggling sides time to regroup – with the next set of games to be played between 16th-18th September.
However, things don’t get much easier for Everton with a home clash to Arsenal next (Sun 17th Sept) – a loss there and the pressure on Dyche in the Premier League sack race betting market will increase.
The ‘good news’ for Everton though is they actually beat Arsenal 1-0 in this fixture last season so will be hoping for more of the same in a few week’s time.
Can they repeat the dose and buy their manager a bit more time?
