An action-packed Gameweek 21 in the Premier League draws to a close with just one fixture on Monday night, as Roberto De Zerbi’s Brighton welcome an in-form Wolves to the Amex.

Gameweek 21 culminates with just one Premier League fixture on Monday night, as Gary O’Neil’s in-form Wolves side head down to the south coast to take on Brighton at the Amex at 19:45.
The Seagulls are unbeaten in their last four across all competitions, most recently beating Stoke 4-2 in the FA Cup third round, meanwhile their West Midlands counterparts are unbeaten in five after beating Brentford 3-2 in their cup replay last Tuesday.
A mere three points separates the pair in the English top flight table. Brighton occupy eighth place heading into the tie, and can climb above Manchester United into seventh with a win on Monday, whereas Wolves are in 11th place and will overtake Newcastle into 10th if they manage a victory.
The pair have already met once this term, where the Seagulls ran out as 4-1 victors at Molineux back in August in which Matheus Nunes, now of Manchester City, was shown a red card in the dying minutes.
Results from their head-to-heads prior to that don’t bode well for Monday night’s visitors either, as Brighton have won all of their previous four meetings across all competitions. This includes a 6-0 thumping at the Amex last season, where Deniz Undav, Danny Welbeck and Pascal Gross each netted a brace.
Perhaps a difference in this one is though, that both sides have several key players missing due to injury, suspension and international involvement. The hosts are without Simon Adingra and Kaoru Mitoma due to the Africa Cup of Nations and the Asian Cup, with the likes of Ansu Fati and Solly March injured as well, as Wolves make do without Hwang Hee-chan and Joao Gomes.
