Brighton vs Wolves Preview and Prediction
Brighton will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to five on Monday night, when they host an in-form Wolves side in the Premier League.
However, Roberto De Zerbi’s side have only won one of their last five in the league. This hasn’t hampered their position in the table too much, with the Seagulls sitting in eighth place heading into the weekend.
Only the teams occupying the top four spots have fewer defeats than Brighton this season, proving they remain a tough side to overcome. However, they’ll be looking to improve on their goalless draw to West Ham.
Monday’s opponents, Wolves, have swiftly distanced themselves from the relegation spots and have the chance to finish the weekend in the top half of the standings if they can secure maximum points.
Gary O’Neil’s side are riding high on confidence, having won each of their last three league matches. They also booked their place in the fourth round of the FA Cup after defeating Brentford 3-2 in an exhilarating match at Molineux on Tuesday evening.
