Michail Antonio has put his valuation on teammate Jarrod Bowen as fellow Premier League teams eye a move for him. Who will be Bowen’s next club?

There hasn’t been much talk of Bowen leaving throughout the summer, until the recent weeks. Newcastle United and Tottenham are the two teams that have taken an interest in signing Bowen before the deadline.

On a potential sale of Bowen, his teammate Antonio said:

“If you’re a half-decent player, you’re going for £50 or £60 million. Jarrod Bowen, I couldn’t put a price on that. He’s English, scores goals for fun. If he’s going it’s got to be £60 million.”

Although other Premier League teams will want to be Bowen’s next club, West Ham will be reluctant to sell their star man.

Speaking about Bowen, David Moyes said:

“Jarrod is becoming our major goalscorer. There’s a lot of talk about needing to buy a centre-forward but I’m going to see if Jarrod could do the job.

“He’s got the instincts and the sharpness. Hull played him at centre-forward so it’s not me trying to be a genius.”

Who Will Be Bowen’s Next Club?

Last season Bowen was a crucial part of West Ham’s Europa Conference League win and their Premier League survival.

This season West Ham will be hoping to avoid a relegation battle, and enjoy a good run in the Europa League. There’s no signs that Bowen does want to leave the Hammers.

Even though he hasn’t given an indication he wants to leave, if the likes of Newcastle United and Tottenham do come in for him, it might be hard to say no.

Tottenham are bitter rivals with West Ham. Given his connection to the club it seems unlikely he’d make that move.

Newcastle United however are a team on the rise. They’re in the Champions League this season and are out to prove a point again this season. The chance to join the project up North might be too good to turn down.
