A stack of Premier League football today with six games spread from 3pm till 8pm.
No 12:30pm match this week, so the action kicks-off at 3pm with three games.
We’ve Liverpool hosting Bournemouth and the Cherries will be hoping its not the same as last year when the Reds thumped them 9-0 in this fixture.
Brighton, who impressed over Luton last week, travel to Wolves in a match that ended in a 3-2 humdinger to the Seagulls last term – more of the same please (if you’re a neutral).
The final Premier League football today at 3pm is Fulham vs Brentford, which was another 3-2 classic last season.
Eagled-eyed footy fans will also see that Luton were meant to be playing Burnley at home too, but the Kenilworth Road stadium is still not finished being updated and the Hatters have been given an extension before hosting their first ever Premier League fixture.
Two Big Premier League Games Back-to-Back From 5:30pm
As we move into the early evening the action ramps up several notches with Spurs entertaining Man Utd at 5:30pm and with the London club unbeaten in 8 of their last 11 home games vs the Red Devils will fancy their chances of getting something. (Spurs vs Man Utd head-to-heads stats here)
We end the Saturday Premier League fixtures on Saturday 19th August 2023 with arguably the match of ‘week two’ as the champions Man City host Newcastle. (City vs Newcastle head-to-heads stats)
Both sides impressed with easy opening week wins, but did you know City have lost just ONE of their last 31 clashes with the Toon (home and away)?
