According to reports, Manchester United midfielder, Fred, has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia this summer and could potentially snub a deal with Fulham.
The Red Devils completed their first signing of the summer today, as Mason Mount was confirmed to be joining the club on a five-year deal.
Adding another midfielder to the squad has seen the future of Brazilian international, Fred, become uncertain and could potentially see him move elsewhere.
The former Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder has made 213 appearances for the Red Devils, since signing in 2018 and has contributed to 29 goals in the process.
However, despite being a regular member in United’s starting eleven under Ole Gunner Solsjkaer, the 30-year-old dropped down the pecking order during the 2022-23 campaign.
Starting 12 Premier League fixtures, the 30-year-old fell out-of-favour under ten Hag, with the former Ajax manager utilising Christian Eriksen and Bruno Fernandes in the heart of midfield.
This lack of playing time has sparked rumours over a possible departure this summer, meaning a move to Saudi Arabia is on the cards.

Saudi Arabia has seen football become more and more popular over recent years, with one of the best players throughout history, Cristiano Ronaldo, signing in January this year.
This summer window has seen a plethora of elite players follow suit, as N’Golo Kante, Karim Benzema, Roberto Firmino and Edouard Mendy have all moved to the ever-progressing country.
The Manchester United midfielder has one-year remaining on his current deal in England, meaning the club may want to cash in this summer.
A move to Saudi Arabia is not the only option for the Red Devils star, as Marco Silva’s Fulham are also keen on landing the Brazilian’s signature this summer.
