The Royal Rumble is one of the most exciting events of the year for both dedicated and casual WWE fans alike, as a host of superstars vie for a spot in the main event of WrestleMania.
This year, CM Punk makes his long-awaited in-ring return to WWE, almost ten years to the day since his last match for the company at the 2014 Royal Rumble.
Punk will join the likes of Drew McIntyre, Gunther, Bobby Lashley, and Cody Rhodes – the latter hoping to go one step closer to finally ‘finishing his story’.
30 women will also compete in a Royal Rumble match, including the likes of Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, and Bayley.
Meanwhile, Roman Reigns defends his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in a Fatal 4-Way match against AJ Styles, LA Knight, and Randy Orton.
YouTube personality and boxer Logan Paul is also in action, defending his United States Championship against Kevin Owens.
What Time Does The Royal Rumble Start In The UK?
The 2024 Royal Rumble takes place at Tropicana Field, Florida, for the second time in the event’s history after the 2021 event. However, that year, there were no fans in the arena due to the pandemic.
Fans in the UK will be able to watch the event in the early hours of Sunday morning, with the main show getting underway at 1am.
It is anticipated that the Men’s Royal Rumble Match will close the show, and if that is the case, the match will probably start at around 3am.
How To Watch The 2024 Royal Rumble In The UK
The 2024 Royal Rumble is expected to be the most-viewed Rumble of all time, as well as being among the largest gate for a non-WrestleMania show in WWE history.
For UK fans, the main show will be shown live on TNT Sports Box Office for a one-off PPV fee of £19.99.
Alternatively, it can also be streamed on the WWE Network, which costs £9.99 per month for subscribers and can be cancelled at any time. The WWE Network can be streamed across a range of devices, from smartphones to tablets and laptops to smart TVs.
The kick-off show will be available to stream for free on WWE’s YouTube channel from 12am – one hour before the main show starts.
