West Ham will reportedly allow Declan Rice to leave the club this summer if they receive an offer worth upwards of £120m from a Champions League club.

It is also claimed that the club will allow his exit if they receive £100m as well as a player.

The report comes from Sky Sports, who say that Arsenal is his most likely destination, whilst Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool have also shown interest.

Rice’s contract at the London Stadium doesn’t come to an end for another two seasons, as well as West Ham having the option to extend for a further year.

18-months ago, the club offered the midfielder a contract worth £200,000 a week, only for the England international to reject their proposal.

He is currerntly earning around £70,000 a week, but a move this summer is expected to more than triple this figure.

But now, out of respect for the 24-year-old and for all he has contributed to the club, the Hammers have reportedly promised not to stand in the way of his dream of playing in the Champions League if the right offer comes in, in the summer.

During his six seasons with the Hammers’ first-team, Rice has become one of the best midfielders in the Premier League, and maybe even the world.

He has also become one of the first names on the teamsheet for England manager Gareth Southgate, and has amassed 41 appearances for his nation so far.

With his club now looking safe from relegation, Rice has made 44 appearances in all competitions this term, with the potential to play in six more.

Throughout those matches, he has scored four goals, whilst also assisting four goals, helping his club to likely-Premier League safety.

His performances have also inspired the Hammers in Europe, as they face off in the semi-final of the Europa Conference League against AZ Alkmaar on Thursday evening.
