The Willie Mullins-trained Klassical Dream has won the last two runnings of this race and Kevin Blake thinks he can land a famous treble today. Jockey Paul Townend prefers the two-time champ over Monkfish and Asterion Forlonge, and despite Klassical Dream running no sort of race in the Stayers’ Hurdle last time, but back in Ireland and back in a race we know the horse likes, then this 9 year-old gets the call.

Scottish Grand National-winning trainer Christian Williams brings this 6 year-old over and Kevin Blake feels the hint should be taken. Second the last day at Uttoxeter was a solid run off a 2-month break, so there should be some improvement on that effort as well. Lord Snootie is lightly-raced with only 5 runs (1 win) and gets into this race with just 10-4 to carry. The tongue-tie is also on for the first time today to eke out a bit more. Blake thinks this UK raider, along with the Henderson runner – Walking On Air – look well-handicapped and is taken this pair to run well over the home-trained runners.
