This weekend’s ITV Racing schedule for Saturday 24th February 2024 sees the free-to-air channel taking in EIGHT races at three tracks. Kempton, Newcastle and Southwell are the courses on show – with the Winter Derby, Eider Chase and Coral Trophy Chase the three big highlights on the afternoon.

The ITV Racing Schedule on Saturday 24th February will give horse racing fans plenty to look forward to with eight races across three venues – Kempton, Newcastle and Southwell.
Kempton takes the bulk of the ITV racing schedule this Saturday with five of the eight races at the Sunbury-on-Thames track.
These include the three top Grade 2 contests. The Adonis Juvenile Hurdle, Dovecote Novices’ Hurdle and Pendil Novices’ Chase. The last-named is a race trainer Paul Nicholls has a fantastic record in.
While the competitive Coral Trophy Handicap Chase – the old Racing Post Chase – ends the Kempton action.
Then at Newcastle it’s their Eider Chase Day as the stayers will be on show in this gruelling 4m+ race where stamina is always the order of the day. Last year the race was won by Kitty’s Light, who went onto win the Scottish Grand National.
Finally, the ITV racing cameras are also off to Southwell to take in the Group Three Winter Derby after the race was switched to the track from its normal home Lingfield.

All Saturday’s races (24th February 2024) will be on the ITV4 channel, starting at 1:15pm at Kempton.
With the final ITV race at 3:37pm – the Coral Trophy Handicap Chase from Kempton.
Who Will Present ITV Racing On Saturday 24th February?
ITV Racing’s Ed Chamberlin will be pulling things together this week ahead of the big day of ITV4 racing live from Kempton, Newcastle and Southwell. He’ll be joined by former jockeys Adele Mulrennan and Megan Nicholls.
With the trackside reports coming from Matt Chapman and Alice Plunkett. Commentary on Saturday will once again come from the popular Mark Johnson.
