Check out our ITV 7 Racing Tips for Saturday 27th January with selections from Cheltenham and Doncaster. We have picks for all 7 races and we also explain exactly what ITV 7 is.
What Is ITV 7?
The ITV 7 is a game that is free to play offered by the team at ITV in association with Sky Bet. It is a chance for players to a win a free £50k on big race days such as this Saturday.
All players need to do is select 7 horses from the 7 races picked by ITV, and if all 7 win then they will be eligible to win the jackpot prize. If two or more players pick all 7 winners then the Tie Breaker will come into play (winning distance of final race).
Also check out the ITV Racing Schedule on Saturday here.

ITV 7 Racing Tips
Race 1 – 1:50 Cheltenham – Paddy Power Cotswold Chase (Grade 2) (GBB Race) Cl1 (5yo+) 3m1½f ITV
ROYALE PAGAILLE – Venetia Williams’ charge arrives here off a short break after winning the Grade 1 Betfair Chase when last seen at Haydock in November, and looks the one to beat here based on that form.
Race 2 – 2:05 Doncaster – Yorkshire Rose Mares’ Hurdle (Grade 2) (GBB Race) Cl1 (4yo+) 2m½f ITV
ASHROE DIAMOND – Willie Mullins sends two over for this hot little Mares’ Hurdle, and Ashroe Diamond has already been well backed in the market heading into Saturday. She was last seen beaten by two high class horses of the opposite sex in Teahupoo and Impaire Et Passe at Fairyhouse, so judging on that, she may be hard to get by.
Race 3 – 2:25 Cheltenham – Clarence House Chase (Grade 1) (GBB Race) C1 (5yo+) 2m 1/2f ITV
JONBON – Nicky Henderson‘s star 2m chaser sets the standard in the rearranged Clarence House Chase. He has picked up two fine wins thus far this season and was last seen storming home in the Tingle Creek at Sandown. With seven wins from eight runs over fences, Jonbon will be a tough nut to crack once again on route to the Champion Chase at Cheltenham in March.
Race 4 – 2:40 Doncaster – Albert Bartlett River Don Novices’ Hurdle (Grade 2) (GBB Race) Cl1 (5yo+) 3m½f ITV
I LOVE MY BAIE – Stuart Crawford has a good thing on his hands with I Love My Baie and he won well at Ayr last time out in December. The son of Crillon is also versatile ground wise and should go well here. He’s bred to stay, so the step up in trip should suit massively and he looks a solid selection.
Race 5 – 3:00 Cheltenham – Unibet Hurdle (Registered As The International Hurdle) (Grade 2) (GBB Race) Cl1 (4yo+) 2m1f ITV
LOSSIEMOUTH – Willie Mullins’ five-year-old has a top record over hurdles with five wins from six overall, and returns to Cheltenham have won over course and distance at the Festival last year. She makes her highly-anticipated seasonal reappearance and the Clossuton team will have her prepped and ready to go. They did have Impaire Et Passe entered too, but have opted to send Lossiemouth, which speaks volumes about the chances connections think she has.
Race 6 – 3:15 Doncaster – Great Yorkshire Handicap Chase (Premier Handicap) (GBB Race) Cl1 (5yo+) 3m ITV
FAMOUS BRIDGE – Nicky Richards looks to be campaigning Famous Bridge towards a tilt at the Grand National in April, and this eight-year-old is developing into a really nice stayer. He’s on a roll and has won his last two races over 3m1½f, and a win in this Great Yorkshire Chase could further strengthen his credentials for the big one at Aintree.
Race 7 – 3:35 Cheltenham – Cleeve Hurdle (Grade 2) (GBB Race) Cl1 (5yo+) 3m ITV
PAISLEY PARK – Emma Lavelle’s veteran fan favourite is searching for a record FOURTH Cleeve Hurdle on Saturday and everything looks in his favour to get the job done. The 12-year-old has put in two top runner-up efforts so far this season, beaten no more than a head in both efforts and this is a good chance to get past the winning post first in a race he truly loves.
That concludes our ITV 7 Racing Tips for Saturday 27th January 2024.
