Godolphin also have a strong hand in the Breeders’ Cup Turf with Nations Pride (William Buick), who was 8th in the Epsom Derby this season and Rebel’s Romance (James Doyle) filling the first two in the betting – they take on the useful US-based filly War Like Goddess.
However, despite a decent UK presence in the race, the Breeders’ Cup 2022 meeting will be dominated by one horse – FLIGHTLINE – who is potentially the next big US wonder horse in the making. This John W Sadler runner is 5-from-5 after and was super impressive in winning the TVG Pacific Classic last time out by a remarkable 19 1/2 lengths (watch below).
