Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool kept their slim chances of earning a spot in the Premier League top four alive with a 6-1 victory over Leeds United this evening. Following their win, we’re taking a look at the latest Liverpool top four odds as they search for Champions League qualification.
Liverpool comfortably beat Leeds by a four goal margin this evening, as they kept their slim chance of a top four finish alive.
Dutchman Cody Gakpo opened the scoring after the ball controversially struck Trent Alexander-Arnold on the arm.
Junior Firpo’s loss of possession saw the ball strike Alexander-Arnold, before the Englishman played Gakpo in for a tap in at the far post.

Mohamed Salah then doubled the Reds’ lead with a sweet finish from a Diogo Jota pass.
This saw Liverpool go into the break two goals to the good – in complete control of the tie.
Leeds struck back just two minutes into the second-half, as Luis Sinisterra chipped home over Alisson following an Ibrahima Konate mishap.
The next 15 minutes saw Liverpool regain a comfortable lead by netting a further two.
Jota added the Reds’ third, before Salah netted his second of the evening turning home from Gakpo’s lay off from the left.

Klopp’s side then added a fifth through Jota, before substitute Darwin Nunez secured the victory with a sixth from close range.
It was a welcome return for Luis Diaz too, who came on in the final stages after returning from injury suffered back in October.
Liverpool are now nine points away from Newcastle in fourth, which makes a top four finish unlikely, but not impossible.
