We’ve Had ‘Three Lions’ – But We’ve Now Got the Cheltenham Festival ‘Roar Remix’

The 2023 Cheltenham Festival has been propelled into the present day with the Jockey Club putting their arms around DJ Cuddles to come up with a techno-dance track.

In a clear bid to get horse racing to appeal to the younger generation – the Jockey Club, who own Cheltenham racecourse, have joined up with music producer DJ Cuddles. With the new tune this year’s Festival theme, that is sure to heard plenty of times over the four-day meeting.

Yes, we’ve had ‘Three Lions’ for footy fans, but now we’ve another ‘King Of The Jungle’ theme anthem – step forward the Cheltenham Festival ‘Roar-Remix’!

The result of the partnership has seen DJ Cuddles produce this tune (listen below) to honour the original ‘Festival Roar’ that’s heard across Gloucestershire when the tapes go up on the first race – the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle on Tuesday 14th March.

The techno track is mixed in with sounds past Cheltenham Festival crowds, winning horses and commentary – and even a few bookies having words!
