West Ham vs Olympiacos Prediction
Greek outfit Olympiacos face off against West Ham for a second consecutive game in the Europa League, and they’ll be hoping to replicate their performance from the reverse fixture in which they won 2-1 two weeks ago.
That defeat brought the Hammers’ 17 game unbeaten run in Europe to an end, the record for any English club at the time but has since been surpassed by Manchester City, and is one of four defeats they’ve suffered in their last five games.
David Moyes’ side did manage an impressive 3-1 win over Arsenal amidst those disappointing results, but they followed that up by throwing away a 2-1 lead against Brentford at the weekend to lose 3-2.
It’s incredibly tight between the top three in Group A with Freiburg and West Ham level on six points in first and second, followed by Olympiacos in third who are on four points, so whoever wins at the London Stadium on Thursday will be in a good position to achieve a top two finish and secure advancement to the knockout rounds.

Mohammed Kudus has been in excellent form leading into this week’s continental action, with the Ghanaian forward scoring twice in his last two matches, against Brentford and Arsenal.
The former Ajax man already has five goals to his name in Europe’s second tier competition this term, three in qualifying with his former club, and two in the group stage with West Ham.
With so much on the line, one can only assume that Moyes will field his strongest team for Thursday’s clash, and with that in mind – we’re backing Kudus to be in from the off, and to score at anytime against Olympiacos at 7/4.
