YouTuber Mark Goldbridge reacted hilariously to Newport County’s goals against Manchester United in the FA Cup 4th round yesterday.

With 73 places between the two sides, this FA Cup fixture between Newport County and Manchester United should have been a run-of-the-mill victory for the away side.
12-time FA Cup winners United got off to the perfect start after Bruno Fernandes’ low-driven effort beat Newport goalkeeper Nick Townsend to put the Red Devils ahead in the 7th minute.
Manchester United wonderkid Kobbie Mainoo then doubled the score after 13 minutes with a composed sweeping finish from a Diogo Dalot cutback.
However, the Newport County players clearly hadn’t read the script. In the 36th minute, Bryn Morris’ long-range effort halved the scores and gave the League Two side a lifeline.
Then, 2 minutes after the break, in-form striker Will Evans latched on to an Adam Lewis cross to equalise for The Exiles, causing rapturous celebrations among the home faithful.
Despite an onslaught from Erik ten Hag’s side, Newport did manage to hold out for just over 20 minutes, before, out-of-form Brazilian, Antony scored to restore the advantage.
Having given everything throughout the tie, Graham Coughlan’s men began to look leggy and in the dying embers of the game, Rasmus Hojlund scored to put the result beyond doubt.

Goldbridge Reacts To Newport County Goals
One man who was horrified by Manchester United allowing Newport County back into the game was Mark Goldbridge, who was live reacting to the events on The United Stand YouTube channel.
In response to Bryn Morris’ goal in the 36th minute, Goldbridge said: “Oh my god. Well knock me down with a f***ing feather, it’s 2-1. I can’t speak.
“I don’t even know what happened.”
Things then got even worse for Goldbridge when Evans equalised just after half-time.
“2-2. Oh my Christ, oh my Christ. What the f***’s going on? I just don’t get this.
“This is not meant to happen. This is absolutely in-f***ing-credible.
“I mean we’re basically drawing with a pub team here.”
Thankfully for Mark Goldbridge, Manchester United did progress to the 5th round, where they will face the winners of Nottingham Forest Vs. Bristol City.
