Tottenham Vs Nottingham Forest Preview

Tottenham come into this one off the back of a disappointing midweek exit from the Champions League in the round-of-16.

Spurs were beaten 1-0 by AC Milan over two legs, with Brahim Diaz netting the vital goal at the San Siro in the first-leg.

It comes as a third successive loss for the north Londoners, having lost 1-0 to Wolves in the league and 1-0 to Sheffield United in the FA Cup prior to their European exit.

This has put immense pressure on Antonio Conte, who is now the favourite in the next Premier League manager to leave odds.

A loss to Forest could see Spurs drop out of the top four, as Liverpool are hot on their tails just three points behind.

Nottingham Forest are without a win in their last four league outings. They are currently 14th in the Premier League table, four points clear of the relegation zone.

Last time out they gained a point against fellow relegation rivals Everton. Brennan Johnson added a further two goals to his tally, as the Reds drew 2-2 at the City Ground.

Johnson is the form player in Steve Cooper’s side with four goals and one assist in his last seven league matches.

The Welshman is Forest’s top scorer this term with seven Premier League goals.
