Bournemouth have reportedly had a €30m bid for Nicolò Zaniolo accepted by Roma, with the final decision coming down to the player.
The official bid from the Cherries is said to be worth €30m as a guaranteed fee plus add-ons and a sell-on clause, which is not far from what Roma’s reported asking price is.

Reports have claimed that AC Milan have been interested in the midfielder for weeks, and have discussed personal terms with the 23-year-old and his entourage who want away from the Stadio Olimpico.
Zaniolo’s preference is understood to be a move to Milan, rather than Bournemouth. The Rossoneri are only offering a loan move with an obligation to buy at the end of the loan. Roma however, would like the Italian international to leave on a permanent transfer during this window.
Roma are now reportedly waiting to see if AC Milan, who are second in the Serie A table, will match the bid lodged by Bournemouth.
A move for Zaniolo may well inspire a fight-back from Milan, who are currently priced at 8/1 to retain their league title, according to Serie A betting sites.

Bournemouth’s move for the Italian comes amidst doubts over Nicolas Jackson’s £20m from Villarreal to the Vitality.
The forward arrived on the south coast with a hamstring injury that the Cherries were aware of before the terms of transfer were agreed. After conducting the first part of his medical, they fear the injury may be worse than what they initially thought.

Further tests are being conducted on Jackson to figure out the severity of his injury.
The Cherries find themselves in 18th place in the league at the moment, and are, according to Premier League betting sites, the favourites to be relegated.
