FOLLOW THAT (system – Malinas, 2m4f+, good to soft or softer going)
Progeny of the sire Malinas have a useful record over 2m4f or further when the ground is good to soft or softer and backing them all would have found 74 winners from 441 bets (16.8%) for a profit of £23.66 to a £1 level stake at SP.
FOLLOW THAT went close on her two starts at Taunton early last year and, although she’s been off for over 600 days, she’ll relish any further rain and could be worth chancing to defy the absence.

NAXOS (system – Newcastle debut winners next time out)
Since Newcastle introduced their Tapeta surface in 2016, debut winners at that venue have a good record when bidding to follow up, with 43 of the 123 qualifiers scoring (35%) for a profit of £22.93 to a £1 level stake at SP.
NAXOS ran out a comfortable winner at Newcastle on his recent debut and is going to be very difficult to beat in this follow-up attempt, despite switching surfaces to Polytrack.

MITROSONFIRE has been ridden to victory by PJ on four previous occasions and the pair can click again in this 7f Class 3 contest.
