Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:
Andrew heads Hereford’s afternoon jumps meeting for his two recommended bets/trades on Tuesday, February 13th. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:
HEREFORD 3.00
GETBAZOUTOFHERE is a consistent sort who looks a worthwhile buy in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market (or each-way bet, 8-1 at the time of writing). Tom Gretton’s mare is a 13-race maiden but she ran a pleasing race on her chase debut at Leicester last month, going down by less than seven lengths in fourth place, and she’s made the frame in all six starts in today’s Class 5 grade. She’s bred to be a better horse over fences – progeny of the sire Gentlewave are 26 from 126 starts (20.6% strike-rate) over the larger obstacles for a profit of £34.08 to a £1 level stake at SP – and there should be improvement to come.
Recommendation: Back GETBAZOUTOFHERE in Hereford 3.00
HEREFORD 4.00
JUST GO FOR IT can usually be relied upon to run her race granted a right-handed track and hurdles. Mitchell Hunt’s veteran has form figures under these conditions in the past two years of 14F742314135 (3-12), with the latest defeat by just five lengths when 16-1 in a big field (16 ran) at Taunton last week. Her record here over hurdles reads F13 (1-3), with the latest defeat by just over one length when 33-1 in a 15-runner handicap and it will be disappointing if she isn’t in the mix. Buy in the Spreadex 50-30-20-10 market or back her each-way in the fixed odds betting (11-1 at the time of writing).
Recommendation: Back JUST GO FOR IT in Hereford 4.00
