Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:
Andrew starts the new week with two recommended bets/trades at Carlisle and Newcastle on Monday, February 20th. Follow his tips on horse racing betting sites throughout the year.

CARLISLE 2.15
KNOCKNAMONA
There’s plenty of early pace on offer in this 2m4f handicap chase and it could be set up for a closer. KNOCKNAMONA came late to score over this trip at Newcastle last time to take his record over fences in January/February to 117U7P161 (4-9). He’s a course and distance winner and any rain will increase his chances. Buy in the Spreadex 50-30-20-10 market or take a fixed odds price.
Recommendation: Back KNOCKNAMONA in Carlisle 2.15
NEWCASTLE JOCKEYS
OISIN MURPHY
OISIN MURPHY rode a winner from his sole ride at Chelmsford last week on his first day back after a long ban and was also in winning form in Qatar over the weekend. Murphy has a good book of rides at Newcastle tonight, with six mounts at 6-1 or shorter. LEVEL UP, amateur ridden when beaten into second place at Southwell last time, looks well drawn and will benefit from stronger handling in the 5f handicap (6.00). He’s probably our best chance of a maximum 25pts, though GREEN PLANET placed in all three all-weather outings for Alan King and could go well on his debut for Jedd O’Keeffe in the 1m4f handicap (5.00). Buy Murphy in the Spreadex NEWCASTLE JOCKEYS market.
Recommendation: Buy OISIN MURPHY in Newcastle jockeys
