TRUE DESTINY caused a 40-1 upset when landing a Sligo handicap hurdle on his latest start but looked flattered, as he plotted a wide course throughout and raced on the better ground.
He’s been well beaten on his five previous hurdle starts, failing to finish within 33 lengths of the winner and can be opposed in the Spreadex 50-30-20-10 market.

TWISTALINE got off the mark in a 1m handicap at Lingfield in January on her debut for Mick Appleby and doubled her tally with victory in an 8.6f Wolverhampton seller the following month. She was rested for 198 days after that win and and perhaps needed her first couple of runs back when down the field over an inadequate 7f at Southwell/Wolverhampton.
She showed more over that trip when staying on into a three-length seventh of ten at Wolverhampton last time and the step back up to 1m looks certain to suit. Her patient running style is usually an advantage here at Newcastle and she warrants a buy in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.
