YARMOUTH 2.40
SIR BOLTON (System – Amo Racing-owned newcomers)
Owners Amo Racing have a great record with newcomers, regardless of who trains them, landing 32 of their 142 starts for a profit of £41.25 to a £1 level stake at SP. Trainer Dominic Ffrench Davis does very well with their debutants with form figures of 24112124 (3-8) and SIR BOLTON, a 155,000 euros son of Blue Point, looks a likely type on paper and can make a winning debut.
WOLVERHAMPTON 6.25
BRIDGE WATER (Marco Botti, turf to Tapeta switchers)
Marco Botti has an excellent record when switching a runner from turf to Tapeta and although he’s yet to score (0-5) at Southwell since the new surface was introduced, he’s won with ten of the 38 qualifiers at Newcastle (+£44.58 to a £1 level stake at SP) and 55 of the 241 qualifiers at Wolverhampton (+£81.60). BRIDGE WATER got bogged down in the soft ground on her latest start at Redcar and may be able to improve for the switch back to a Tapeta surface.

EBONY GALE (System – Sean Bowen, Ffos Las chases)
Sean Bowen has a solid record over fences at Ffos Las, scoring on 39 of his 135 mounts (28.9% strike-rate) for a profit of £65.74 to a £1 level stake at SP. EBONY GALE had a four from 13 record over the larger obstacles for previous trainer Phillip Hobbs and could well score at the first time of asking for his new trainer, Peter Bowen.
