Ligue 1 champions PSG are reportedly working with Neymar in order to secure the best possible solution to part ways this summer, amid interest from Al Hilal and the MLS.

Neymar Jr, who has been heavily linked with an exit from the Parc des Princes this summer, is reportedly working alongside PSG in an attempt to secure the best solution for his departure.

The Brazilian has enjoyed a successful six-year spell in the French capital, however the Parisiens are working towards their new vision of developing younger players.

Fabrizio Romano reports that Neymar has offers from Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal as well as from the MLS.

Barcelona has also been tipped as a potential destination, which is understood by the Independent to be the 31-year-old’s preferred destination.

Romano revealed the latest on his Twitter account on Thursday afternoon.

“Understand both Neymar Jr and Paris Saint-Germain are working to find the best solution to part ways this summer, as soon as possible.” he tweeted.

“Both sides working for Neymar to leave. Neymar has proposals from Al Hilal and MLS. Barça have to decide whether if want to try.”

Even though the forward favours a return to Barca, it may be hard for the Catalan side to facilitate a move due to Financial Fair Play restrictions.

Barcelona would have to part ways with several first team players in order to secure Neymar’s signing, which may prove to be an unrealistic prospect.

PSG are said to be looking for around €60million for Neymar, whose contract runs for another two years, and with the money Saudi Arabian clubs have on offer at the moment – it may end up being the most viable option in terms of matching the Parisiens’ valuation, as well as his wage demands.
