Pep Guardiola’s side are back in Premier League action on Wednesday evening, after a 1-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup on Friday – thanks to a late Nathan Ake strike.

The blue half of Manchester are five points off table-topping Liverpool, but boast a game in had due to their Club World Cup triumph in December last year.

Trying to stop the Cityzens from moving to within two points of top is relegation battling Burnley, as Vincent Kompany returns to the ground where he won four league titles.

His side have struggled on their return to England’s top-flight, picking up 12 points from 21 matches and now sit 19th in the table – five points from safety.

The Clarets were held by Luton in their last league fixture and are looking to end a run of four matches without a win in all competitions.

Also kicking off at 19:30 is Tottenham Hotspur vs Brentford, as Ange Postecoglou’s men look to break into the top four once again – with James Maddison now available after injury.

The Lilywhites started the season superbly before going on a five match losing streak, as a major injury crisis began to derail things in north London.

Heung-Min Son remains absent, as the electric forward represents South Korea at the Asian Cup but Micky van de Ven and James Maddison are now fully fit.

Brentford have also been boosted by recent returns, with Ivan Toney now available after serving his eight month ban for gambling breaches.

The Englishman capped off his return in style, scoring a wonderful free-kick in a 3-2 victory over Nottingham Forest and ended a run of seven matches without a win.

The final kick-off on Wednesday 31st January sees Liverpool welcome Chelsea to Anfield – as the Reds look to confine their impressive Premier League form.

Jurgen Klopp stunned the world after announcing his decision to leave at the end of the season, making a title triumph the priority at Liverpool this season.

His side have not lost in the league since September and are five points clear of their nearest competitors for the Premier League trophy.

Chelsea have began to turn their fortunes around following an underwhelming performance in the opening months of this season – winning seven of their last 10 in all competitions.

The reverse fixture was the first for both sides this season, as they played out a memorable 2-2 draw Stamford Bridge back in August last year.
