Premier League Football Today: Full Fixtures Saturday 2nd December 2023

  • Arsenal vs Wolves 15:00
  • Brentford vs Luton 15:00
  • Burnley vs Sheffield United 15:00
  • Nottingham Forest vs Everton 17:30
  • Newcastle vs Manchester United 20:00

Gameweek 14 of the Premier League gets underway on Saturday afternoon, but differently to your typical Saturday matchday – there is no early kick-off, with three fixtures kicking off at 15:00, one at 17:30, and one in the evening at 20:00.

The standout tie from the 15:00 kick-offs comes in the form of Arsenal vs Wolves at the Emirates. The Gunners will be hoping to extend their winning run to five straight matches, and come into the clash of the back of a whopping 6-0 victory over Lens in the Champions League on Wendesday night, meanwhile Gary O’Neil’s side suffered a 3-2 defeat to Fulham last time out in a contest that was clouded by VAR controversy once more.

Also at 15:00, there is plenty of interest near the bottom of the table – as Luton make the trip to the capital to take on Brentford, meanwhile 20th place Burnley host 18th place Sheffield United.

The 17:30 kick-off sees a crucial battle towards the bottom end of the table take place, as Nottingham Forest welcome Everton to the City Ground. The Toffees find themselves five points from safety following their points deduction, and come into the clash off the back of a 3-0 defeat to Manchester United. Forest on the other hand, threw away an early lead against Brighton to lose 3-2.

To round off Saturday’s Premier League fixtures – it’s a battle between two of England’s Champions League representatives as Manchester United face Newcastle at St. James’ Park. Both sides played out stalemates in Europe this week, with Newcastle drawing against PSG, while the Red Devils drew against Galatasaray. Just a point separates the pair coming into the clash, and a victory for either side would provide a major boost in their quest for a top four finish.
