Aston Villa have put together an incredible home record so far this season, having won every Premier League game at Villa Park since the start of the year.
Unai Emery’s side are looking to continue their winning streak at home on Friday, when they welcome a struggling Sheffield United side in the only Premier League fixture of the day.
Last weekend Villa were involved in a close game against Brentford, with one player from each side receiving a red card in a feisty game that Villa just edged.
Goals from Alex Moreno and Ollie Watkins secured the victory against Brentford, which took their winning streak to three consecutive matches as Villa moved up to second in the Premier League table.
Sheffield United have struggled on their return to the Premier League and they are looking to win just their third game of the season on Friday night, which will certainly be a tough ask.
The Blades have won just one game in their last six matches, but the appointment of former boss Chris Wilder will give the club hope going into the second half of the season.
Sheffield United are currently six points off safety in the Premier League, so an unlikely win against Villa this week would go a long way towards securing safety for the side.
