Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Juventus midfielder, Adrien Rabiot, as the Frenchman’s contract is set to expire at the end of the season.

The Red Devils are on track to have their most successful season since Sir Alex Ferguson’s departure, winning the Carabao Cup and sitting third in the Premier League.

Erik ten Hag has brought a new lease of life to Manchester and made Old Trafford a fortress once again – with United’s last league defeat coming in August.

Key signings have been a huge part in the club’s success, as summer additions, Casemiro and Lisandro Martinez, have established themselves as vital players for the Dutch manager.

This success has been slightly dampened, after the red side of Manchester were knocked out of the Europa League and now need to qualify for Champions League football with a top four finish.

Manchester United are reportedly preparing to make an array of additions in the summer, as rumours over a move for Juventus star, Adrien Rabiot begin to circulate.

The France international was close to signing for the Red Devils last summer, however after a dispute in negotiations Rabiot returned to Turin.

During the 2022-23 campaign, the 28-year-old has made 43 appearances this season, scoring 11 goals and contributing with four assists.

Despite a stellar season, Juventus are willing to let the Frenchman leave in the summer as his contract in Serie A comes to end.

United are not the only club that have been linked with the Juventus midfielder as Rabiot’s former side, PSG, are reportedly open to bringing him back to France.

An addition in midfield is high on ten Hag’s wish list, as his fellow countryman, Frenkie de Jong, has been consistently linked with a move to Old Trafford.

Both parties struggled to agree a deal last summer, but with United’s new look and recent performances, Rabiot may be more convinced if the Red Devils attempt a move again.
