Exiled Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has liked a tweet from Fabrizio Romano confirming his loan move to Borussia Dortmund.
Sancho’s Manchester United Nightmare
Sancho was exiled from the Manchester United squad back in September following his public response to Erik ten Hag’s criticism of his training standards, after the Red Devils’ 3-1 loss to Arsenal.
The 23-year-old, who struggled for form after signing for Manchester United in 2021 for £73m, responded on Twitter/X: “Please don’t believe everything you read! I will not allow people saying things that is completely untrue, I have conducted myself in training very well this week.”
With Sancho reportedly unwilling to apologise to manager ten Hag, the former Manchester City youth player was banished from training with the first-team squad and made his last appearance for the club in August, in a 3-2 victory over Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.
As a result, the English winger has been heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford in January and it looks as if the 23-year-old’s wish may have been granted.

Sancho Likes Tweet Confirming Move To Dortmund
Following months of speculation, Sancho looks set to complete a six-month loan move to former side Borussia Dortmund in the coming days.
According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Dortmund will pay €4m to Manchester United and will cover part of the Englishman’s salary, but there has been no buy option included in the deal.
As if an announcement from Fabrizio Romano wasn’t enough, Sancho himself looks to have all but confirmed the move having liked the Italian’s tweet announcing the deal.

Dortmund face Darmstadt on January 13, however, it is unlikely Sancho will be available for the game as a consequence of his lack of playing time in recent months.
