Liverpool have reignited their top four hopes with a win over their local rivals Everton.
Mo Salah got the red half of Merseyside bouncing by finishing off a fantastic counterattack in the first half. The goal came after Everton hit the post from a corner. Darwin Nunez led the counterattack running half of the field with the ball before finding Salah who tapped in.

Early into the second half, Cody Gakpo scored his first goal since signing from PSV in January.
Late into the game tensions boiled over between the two sides. Jordan Pickford and Andy Robertson came together which resulted in a clash between the two sets of players.
