A clip of Karim Benzema and N’Golo Kante completing a training drill with perfect form compared to a stark contrast with their Al-Ittihad teammates has gone viral on social media.

Benzema and Kante are two of the highest profile arrivals to the Saudi Pro League this summer after the pair’s contracts expired at Real Madrid and Chelsea respectively, opting for the payday of a lifetime at Al-Ittihad.

A clip of the squad training has gone viral on social media after fans noticed the two Frenchmen completing the drill with flawless form in comparison to the rest of their teammates, who left a lousy impression.

To complete the drill properly, one foot must be planted on the ground and not move from its initial position which Benzema and Kante execute to perfection – their new teammates could learn a thing or two from the Champions League winners.

Al-Ittihad are now managed by former Wolves and Tottenham Hotspur boss Nuno Espirito Santo who was appointed on a two-year deal in July 2022 and led the club to their first league title in 14 years.

They have also strengthened with the £25m coup of Celtic winger Jota and are nearing a £40m deal for Liverpool midfielder Fabinho, who has reportedly completed a medical with Al-Ittihad.

Recently, Benzema scored for the second game in a row as Al-Ittihad dispatched of CS Sfaxien to advance to the quarter-final stage of the Arab Champions Cup.

The Saudi Pro League is committed to becoming a superpower within football and they’re spending like they mean it, with further star players expected to arrive within the coming weeks.
