Last summer, Rome was adorned by flags and banners plastered with tributes to Jose Mourinho, who ended a gut-wrenching 11-year trophy drought by lifting the inaugural Europa Conference League.
The first man to win all three major UEFA trophies, he is now eyeing successive triumphs in Europe on Wednesday when his side line-up against serial winners Sevilla in Budapest.

Better yet, the last goal a Mourinho side conceded in a European decider was in his maiden final in 2003, where Henrik Larsson equalised just after half-time for Celtic.
The enigmatic Sétubal native has also only ever fallen to defeat just once within 90 minutes in a major cup final, which came in 2018’s FA Cup final against Chelsea whilst managing Manchester United.
