Jonny Clayton World Darts Championship Odds
Jonny Clayton’s 2023 hasn’t been as strong as it could’ve been and the Welshman isn’t in the best of form leading up to this year’s World Championships. He has performed well in this tournament before, reaching the quarter-final last time out.
According to the best new UK betting sites, ‘The Ferret’ is a 50/1 outsider to win this year’s tournament in North London – which would be his first title on the Alexandra Palace stage and a fifth PDC major to add to his collection.
Clayton’s best result this year was reaching the World Matchplay final in Blackpool, where he was eased aside by Nathan Aspinall. He also won the World Cup for Wales alongside Gerwyn Price and reached the semi-final of the Premier League.
Since winning four majors in 2021, Clayton has failed to really build on those results but on his day he can go pound-for-pound with the best in the world. At 50/1, you probably won’t a better each-way bet for the worlds this year.
