Rob Cross World Darts Championship Odds

Rob Cross won the World Championship in 2018 on his tournament debut, beating Phil Taylor in the final and becoming one of the biggest outsiders to ever reign supreme at Alexandra Palace.

According to the best new UK betting sites, ‘Voltage’ is now the third favourite at odds of 4/1 to win this year’s tournament in North London – which would be his second title on the famous stage and fifth PDC major.

In 2023 Cross was beaten in the Grand Slam final by Luke Humphries, lost to Chris Dobey in the final of the Masters, reached the quarter-final of the World Series of Darts Finals and made the quarter-final of the UK Open.

As a previous winner of the World Championship, Cross will fancy his chances of beating 16-year-old star Luke Littler in the semi-final, before a fight for the Sid Waddell Trophy with either Luke Humphries or Scott Williams.

Rob Cross Next Match

Rob Cross will face Luke Littler in the semi-final of the 2024 World Darts Championship. Littler has been a breath of fresh air this year on debut in the World Championships, just like ‘Voltage’ was when he won the Sid Waddell trophy back in 2018.

Cross goes into his match with ‘The Nuke’ as the underdog with UK sports betting apps, despite being a former world champion and being far higher ranked than the 16-year-old debutant.
