Paul’s Next Fight Odds

  • Nate Diaz in MMA 4/7
  • KSI 7/2
  • Tommy Fury 6/1
  • Connor McGregor 20/1
  • Carl Froch 25/1
  • Any other fighter in boxing format 8/1
  • Any other fighter in MMA format 25/1

The YouTuber turned boxer beat the former UFC star by unanimous decision. The three judges scoring the fight 97-92, 98-91, and 98-91 in his favour.

Paul, who’s now known for his boxing, made light work of Diaz throughout the ten rounds. He showed he was better conditioned throughout the fight as he bounced back from his first career loss – a split-decision against Tommy Fury.

Diaz who did more showboating than boxing, looked to be on the verge of being knocked out throughout. The UFC man looked unsteady on his feet, but that didn’t stop him showing off for the crowd.

After the victory for Paul, the attention turned to who would be his next opponent.

A number of names have been thrown around already. The likes of KSI (7/2) and Tommy Fury (6/1) have been mentioned.

However, it looks like Paul’s next fight will be Diaz again. Diaz is 4/7 to be Paul’s next fight, but this time in the MMA.

The two have apparently already got a verbal agreement to meet in the ring once again. This time it’ll be in the octagon, where Diaz is known for being one of the greatest.

It would be some risk for Paul to step into the MMA ring with him, but he isn’t one for shining away from a battle.

SportsLens Head of News Lee Astley said: “Paul looks set to meet Diaz again, but this time in the MMA ring. It’s a big risk for Paul given Diaz’s skill and experience in the MMA format. It’ll be a lot harder for Paul in that environment.

“It would be good to see Paul and KSI meet in the ring. However, it looks like we’ll have to wait a little while for that clash.”
