World titles could most definitely be on the horizon for Azim in the next 12-18 months at super-lightweight. Azim recently moved to 11-0, with a Round 5 knockout victory over Enock Poulsen to defend his European Super-Lightweight Title for the very first time.

Azim was the overriding favourite with the best boxing betting sites to win the fight, and he didn’t disappoint. That win could set up some potentially huge fights next for ‘The Assassin’ going forward. Whether this be domestic British fights, or indeed worldwide bouts.

After turning professional just before Christmas in 2020, Azim won his first seven fights with relative ease, getting to 7-0 with six knockouts. In his eighth fight, Azim went the full 10 rounds for the very first time in his career. He unanimously beat Santos Reyes, winning arguably every round of the fight in the process.

In September 2023, Azim then had another step up, in a fight that has proved to be the toughest of his career to date. ‘The Assassin’ faced fellow unbeaten fighter Aram Faniian, winning the fight on points. However, the Ukrainian fighter most definitely won rounds, and asked Azim some much needed questions.

Azim of course answered those questions, before challenging for the European Super-Lightweight Title in just his 10th fight. The Slough based boxer faced Franck Petitjean at the Civic Hall in Wolverhampton. Azim was top of the bill, and gave the crowd a moment to remember.

Azim won the fight via knockout in the 10th round of the fight, becoming European 140-pound champion in the process. In just his 10th fight, Azim became European Champion with a Round 10 TKO. Quite sensational.
