Inter boss Simone Inzaghi is expected to leave Romelu Lukaku on the bench once again for his side’s Champions League final against Manchester City.
Lukaku bagged the assist for Lautaro Martinez’s winner in the semi-final second leg win over AC Milan, but is set to be named on the bench for an eighth time in the Champions League this season.
The Belgian international’s loan spell in Milan will expire shortly and he’s expected to return to Chelsea and fight for his spot under Mauricio Pochettino next season.
Inzaghi prefers the strike partnership of Martinez and Dzeko and it’s unlikely we’ll see too many starting XI changes for Saturday’s clash in Istanbul.
Joaquin Correa is set to miss out on the action with a calf injury but both Milan Skriniar and former Manchester United midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan are in line to re-join the matchday squad.

The Serie A outfit are bidding to win a first Champions League title since 2010, which would be a fourth in the club’s history – 59 years after their maiden triumph.
Manchester City are strong favourites however, and are fancied to complete the illusive treble of the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League.
