According to Deloitte, the winner of the Championship playoff final is expected to pocket anywhere between £135m and £265m based on analysis from the 2020 edition between Fulham and Brentford.

It is likely that either Coventry or Luton will be favourites to go straight back down next season due to their limited budgets in the Premier League.
Coventry have never lost an EFL playoff match before, winning their only previous final 3-1 against Exeter in 2017/18.
